What this app is not

• It is not a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, or therapist.
• It does not diagnose any medical condition, including obesity, eating disorders, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, or anything else.
• It does not prescribe diets, medications, or treatments.
• It is not approved or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body, because it does not need to be — it operates within the FDA's General Wellness Policy.

When to talk to a real medical professional

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before:

• Starting or significantly changing a diet.
• Beginning a weight loss program, especially if you have any medical condition.
• Starting or stopping any medication, supplement, or treatment.
• Acting on any specific calorie target, macro split, or other numeric recommendation the app provides.

If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, have a history of an eating disorder, have diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, a thyroid condition, or any other chronic condition, talk to a qualified provider before using this app.

Unveiled has an “Awareness Only” mode designed for users who want to track without weight-loss coaching. Switch to it in Settings, or ask the coach to switch you over.

Accuracy

Calorie estimates, especially for homemade meals or photographed food, are educated guesses. They may be wrong by significant amounts. Don't rely on them for medical decisions.

AI responses can be incorrect, out of date, or omit important context. Verify anything that matters with a qualified source.

No guarantees

Individual results vary. Using this app does not guarantee any amount of weight loss, improvement in health, or any other outcome. Many factors affect health that the app cannot see or account for.
